Approach

My approach is eclectic, and tailored to each person’s needs. I help people explore the feelings and patterns in their past and present experiences, the images and metaphors that arise in waking or sleeping using a variety of methods acquired from my studies and training in psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and existential theories. I have extensive training and experience in Jungian theory, depth psychology, relational Gestalt, Buddhist Psychology, and the creative use of journaling, sand tray, and art therapy techniques.

My practice serves adults and adolescents who want to feel greater energy and joy for living, who want to improve their relationships, and who want help dealing with or exploring their hopes, dreams, and fears.
